It was Virtual Assistant after Virtual Assistant...I talked to so many people and answered the same questions over and over and guess how many people called me back from all those calls...which I think was 60-80....about 3.Side Note in Virtual Assistants:Quick Point...if you have a VA then train them.

OK, I absolutely detest wholesalers, but 99% of those training classes are worthless unless you need rah-rah to get you going the first week or two.Much better to learn empirically.

There's a million "land coaches" and training programs out there but none of which feel like they've really scaled things besides just adding some efficiency but still working in the business to a very significant extent.

HI @Pavel Chibole, in general the best ways I can think of to find a credible inspector are:Referrals from real estate investors (through meetups, facebook groups, etc)A local Pillar To Post inspector (their franchise training requirements provide a great overlay to local license law).Good luck here, Pavel!
