Central Florida Home Insurance Rates High During Hurricane Season
I am searching for Home Insurance right now. Since I will be fixing up the home for a few months, I am getting the quote as a 2nd Home. The home is a townhouse. I've received 2 quotes so far. 1 for around $1350 and another for $1650 with $2500 deductable. Its not overly insured and you might even think its a bit under insured with the numbers they provided. I know someone that lives there and their insurance is $800/year. Are rate quotes higher during hurricane season?
