Is there sites/apps I can use to get more info?

I am seeing a lot of CA folks on this site. 

I have learned so much in a short period of time on this site and there seem to be quite a few other ROC investors here as well.

I also consulted sites like Home Advisor.com, and checked out prices at the big box home supply stores.If you send me your email address I will sent you a copy of the spreadsheet.

But on listing sites they lowered thier asking price on house.

Better to spend a couple hundred bucks than to lose thousands because of a quirk in the law you didn't understand..

I see a lot of seller-financed properties as I'm practicing running numbers on properties listed on craigslist & other similar sites.
