Hello I just joined Biggerpockets but I have been reading the blog and listening to the podcast for a while. I am currently working on buying my first Commercial Property, considering a multi tenent retail plazas and small industrial buildings in Rochester NY right now. in the future I want to also invest in the Vero Beach area of FL. I joined bigger pockets to network with other investors and hopefully interact with experienced investor who can help shorten my learning curve as I build a portfolio.
