Upscale lighting fixtures are a key element to making the place pop.Also, I like to think functionally...robe hooks on the back of every door for wet towels with lots of people.

The only problem with this is that the peroxide bleach tends to really bleach the hell out of the oak grain pattern and if you're not right on top of the process, you often get an inconsistent light spot.The second solution is to apply a solution of oxalic acid, the acid found in the cleaner Bar Keeper's Friend.

Another alternative is to reach out to a few realtors in the area for their thoughts, but come prepared with your renovation plans, design ie; level of finishes, appliances, flooring, lighting, etc. to make their life a little easier as well as receiving an accurate value.
