@Jim Morris you got some prettrenters good advice already I’ll just say, when people feel powerless they go overboard and try to act like they do.He clearly is delusional and thinks he has power.

The big thing is they always check the smoke and CO2 detectors so always have the batteries replaced and have some batteries (and a step ladder) on-hand just in case. 

Using the BRRRR method is a very powerful approach to start RE investing.
