New Investor Looking to BRRRR!

Hi,

I'm Nick a software engineer at Microsoft in the Bellevue/Seattle Area and this is my first post on BP! I'm interested in BRRRR'ing so I have the ability to build a portfolio fast, and have been looking into high cashflow SFHs to start my REI journey. I don't have the capitol to start in Seattle so been looking specifically in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando as good places to start.

Also would be interested in hearing about successful BRRRR areas in Washington state if there are any. Would definitely feel a bit more secure doing a deal closer to home first go around. Appreciate any help. Cheers!
