Hi @Blaine Alger there are definitely some PM software options out there that are much simpler to use than others.

Many brokerage franchises have become so electronic/automated that the agent gets paid the next day (after the office receives the commission check from closing).

Might need to pick up that software of yours

If someone submitted an application, you should let them know whether they are approved or denied.You do not need to respond to every lead, but it's a good practice to have at least an automated response that acknowledges receipt of their information and outlines what your/their next steps are, including that you will not contact leads that do not meet your qualification criteria (which I would recommend you outline).

I am having trouble finding software that I can load 100+ addresses and it will not only map them but also routes the addresses efficiently for driving and knocking on doors.

I’m to the point where I need to set up automated reviews for guests who stay in our cabins.

I'm currently working as a Software Engineer in California, where most deals definitely aren't within my price range starting out.

We started out using the PM software with appfolio about 5 years ago when we converted our property management systeM from buildium.
