Hi, my name is John and I'm excited to start my journey with real estate investing. I'm taking some time to learn more about the space, specifically rental property investing out of state. I'm currently working as a Software Engineer in California, where most deals definitely aren't within my price range starting out. I'm glad to be here and excited to be an active member in this community!
