If you have strong tenant screening, the tenant-friendly laws/courts should be less of a down-side. 

(Maintain your properties, screen your tenants well, keep up your end of the lease, and keep good liability insurance as a first protection against lawsuits).

Ours is set up as 16 individual furnished rooms with their own private baths.  8 rooms on each floor share a common fully equipped kitchen, TV area, sitting area, dining area and 2 laundry rooms on each end.

The acquisitions group jokes that they can’t give him access to the raw data pool of properties they're screening because it would drive them all too crazy answering questions before they’re ready, haha.

I'm going to use the general yellow letter to get a lot of responses and will use the recording to screen callers.

I've dealt with enough of those.I wish there was a way to find out what medication people were on as part of my screening process.
