New Investor seeking advice

Hello all,

My name is Canesha. I currently reside in North Carolina but frequently visit Atlanta,GA. I am looking to break into the real estate Industry. I discovered I had a passion for real estate when I caught myself spending most of my time watching real estate shows. I am looking to buy my first rental property this year and who appreciate any advice. I am extremely new to the business and very green. I am thinking a small fixer upper might be the best way to get started. Thoughts anyone?
