QuickBooks and other accounting software helps out tremendously in this respect.For rentals that will be reported on your 1040, Excel is fine.

We previously worked for a property management software so are experts in the industry in terms of management, however, could always use tips and tricks for marketing.

Eventually you should pick up a management software (if you're going to self manage) and they'll esign in that software
