Starting to brainstorm on goals for 2020 and am curious what some folks in the group are planning to accomplish in 2020.

Hi @Tato Corcoran I still need to research the parameters for renting property in Europe, my wife and I are planning a visit in May to both France and Spain. 

@Martin Saenz Yes we intend to mod internally, we may sell off some of the portfolio after the dust settles on the acquisition. 

@Charles Seaman I'll contact you off board and we can chat a bit about the capital raise question and your upcoming purchase.
