How to analysis a piece of land and build rentals on it?
I have been analyzing allot of deals in my market of Los Angeles and I have decided to venture into buying land and building on it. I am using a software called www.Deepblocks.com I have attached my first go at analyzing it. This is the link to the property:

Attached is my analysis. This software used national averages and machine learning for some of the numbers and zoning, I am curious if I am close to the right numbers like how much it cost to build on a piece of land in LA. Looking forward to your thoughts. Also as a thank you if anyone wants to try it you can use my code amber19 for a discount my friend gave me to code to give out to anyone who is willing to help me figure this out. Thank you! file:///Users/amberkandarian/Desktop/emerge/Images%20/Biggerpockets%20Blog/Analysis%20take%201%20Los%20Angeles%20Property.pdf
