I am Sandy Canlas Originally  currently working for a company Software Company which creating applications for real estates professionals based in Atlanta ,Georgia.

Currently I hold a software engineering position with a small company in Chelsea and plan to continue working my day job while investing in real estate on the side.

It works horribly as an investment / networth tracking tool.As for the categorization, Mint is going to mess up...a lot, but as is any software.  

I'm 27 years old and currently have a full-time job as a software developer.

@Daniel, why don't you go get your own life and health license and play around with various life insurance quoting softwares and do it yourself? 

As previously stated a smoker can never be trusted to only smoke outside. 50% will straight up lie, 25% will have friends that also smoke that even they will not be able to police and the other 25% will smoke inside when it is raining, too cold or they are simply too lazy to put their shoes on that day.

I guess the same reason a property management software and accounting software aren't merged.

The property manager initially told me that they would send someone out to "see if it smelled" and I told them it was a bit ridiculous to say that considering I was standing in the rain with my moving van because it smelled so bad in there.
