Hello Everyone at BP! new member from Fresno, CA

[Christopher Vecchiarelli]

My name is Christopher Vecchiarelli and I am currently studying at California State University, Fresno. I recently became interested in real estate and have been reading BP for some time. Today, I finally made the step and created an account. It has always been a goal of mine to be a property owner and flipper. As it currently stands, I am also really interested in wholesale because of the challenge and limited risk (in comparison) for a college student.

Some cool things about me!

• I am overly determined and passionate about education. I graduated top of my class at 16 and finished my AA with honors soon after. I am currently finishing my BA in communications with a business emphasis. 
• Due to my love of networking, community, and technology, I am a new business owner of a tech start-up that will bring together people on a positive platform to create new technology and software. 
• Since I am a long-term planner, I desire to secure my financial future by investing time, money, and myself in real estate!
