Hello, I am a very new agent and I have a $5 million listing in Viera, Florida.

I wish I could live rich off the marginal dollars left over after all bills are paid.

Although I am picky of about who i do this with..

Has me stumped and wondering what to do next, especially because I can’t find it in writing showing me it’s not allowed.

I own a mid-term rental in Austin. 

I checked with State farm ,since I have everything under them as of now,they gave me a quote of 1200/yr but with 1% of house value i.e 6000$ as deductible .There is no in-between,it starts from 1%, then 2%..3%.Considering it's a new build , hoping I won't need insurance anytime soon ( fingers crossed) .

I wish I would have started sooner.
