Has anyone purchased EV chargers for their multi family or commercial units?

I see a lot of EV charger companies popping up and contacting me. I was wondering if anyone has gone through with adding them to their units. If so, why did you do it? Could you talk a little about the process and numbers? Thanks.

I don't have experience, but I don't see how it's economically wise.

Only 2.3% of all cars in New Jersey are electric.

Most electric vehicles are owned by homeowners, not renters.

There are approximately 1.3 million renters in New Jersey. Out of those, approximately 3,000 own an electric car.

Why would you spend thousands installing a charger that 99.75% of all renters will never use?
