My questions are this:1) Do you guys have any opinions on how a newbie might tackle all of the information present on the BiggerPockets site (Blog Posts, Forums, Videos, etc.)? 

You could spend all day, every day for the next 5 years going through all the blogs, posts, videos, webinars and podcasts; and still only scratch the surface.

I watched a few of his You Tube videos and honestly he comes across as your typical loudmouth con man.

We're doing a lot more video tours for our brokerage business, and most of our management team is working from home.

Just know what you're in for before you go up to the cash register :) Like getting rid of paneling, this is an easy and good improvement.It was hard to get a sense of the flooring from the video but if you think it needs improvement then I'm sure it does.

I've also watched a couple of Meet Kevin videos 'exposing' cardone's lack of actual real estate background and I wasn't too surprised.
