Just getting started
I'm decided to start my next career in buying, selling, and investing in property. I have 3 more years until I retire for the Military. I figure my 1st step into this business is to conduct as much research as possible, either watching video or just reading blogs and what not. So the more research I do, I gather that the goal is to increase cash flow. Please correct me if Im wrong but would it be a good idea to cut out the middle man "real estate agent" and become an agent myself so I can either collect the Realtor fees or use that as a bargaining ship to my future clients. I just don't see the purpose in paying an agent to list, show and draw up paperwork when I can complete the 180 hour course, get apart time job with company for 6 months or so to learn the ropes and then do it all myself from that point on.
