We normally flip in LA and Orange Counties but are trying to venture out.

I have two tenants who prefer to pay in cash, so this is what they do.I'd venture to say every tenant I have views this as a perk rather than a limitation.

I have wanted to do this venture a while but was to apprehensive to start.

An alternative route I have taken with some of the first time investors I have worked with is venturing out to cities like Malden and Quincy where the prices are lower but the rental comps are strong and they both have access to the T.

I am also interested is building connections in the industry to aid in my future ventures.

I'm a new father, new Wholesale Investor, and mildly seasoned entrepreneur who is looking for advice, education, networking, and everything that can help grow myself and this new business I am venturing in.
