My name is Branden Ellenberger from Warrington, PA. I'm a structural engineer by profession committed to finding my first rental property. I've been interested in pursuing Rei since my first home in 2004. I recently joined as a bigger pockets PRO in a proactive measure to make my dreams come true and start down the path to financial freedom. I have been a DIY homowner on my 2 previous fixer upper properties as well as my current one. I am very interested in the BRRR method but I would be happy with a good buy and longterm hold. I'm looking for the best way to find a good deal(s) in my area and would be interested in meeting and discussing with anyone the best way to aquire a property. I'm a motivated individual who follows through and I want to establish the best Avenue for finding my properties so I can discuss my plan with my proposed investor. I am also interested is building connections in the industry to aid in my future ventures. I'm not well versed to forums so bear with me as I try and keep up. Thanks in advance to anyone who reaches out!
