What's up everyone, I'm 16 and me and my dad are looking to build and learn with a Real Estate Team, in arizona, that is as motivated as we are. We are looking for people that can manage a system of to do's, take calls and own the conversation, know how to find deals, work with contracts(like finding loop holes in one), know the math of a deal, and so on. We all can't to do everything alone, so if your a beginner like us and want to build a team connect with me :).

Thanks,

Kenny

P.S. Yeah i'm 16, but everyone's gotta start somewhere right?

Good place to start, give your self a few years to learn and you will discover you can manage it all yourself. Teams are important but you first must have the knowledge to manage your team. You must understand the business front to back and know that every team member is doing their job according to your business plan.

Get a summer job working in the trades for a few years.
