It just shows an utter disdain for you and your business, and frankly a lack of appreciation for the effort you made to provide a well-maintained home at a reasonable price for he and his family.If he had responded more diplomatically, explaining he did not cause the damage and if he generally took care of the unit and was not a problem tenant, I might have been more inclined to work something out.

My question is, what is a fair structure to propose for my efforts, ie its my idea, I have ID's properties and run analysis.

Some inspectors will make an effort to move things and others will not.

Some of these systems save you a lot of time and effort without having to manually recreate the wheel.

In the end is it worth your time and effort for that amount? 

I will make an effort to make it out to rarebird events as well.
