I am guessing that there is other language in addition to this language that hedges for usury laws.Others bring up good points...you want to make sure you aren't up against a hard balloon with the seller's financing.

As Mike said above, without education, this country is doomed, and if these guys are going to send the message that higher education is a bad thing, they are doing this country a major disservice.Btw, I'm not saying that those who have little formal education and have spent large periods of time in a drug-induced haze can't have intelligent political insights (W and Obama both admitted serious drug use but were able to graduate from prestigious Universities and become President), but the fact that these negative traits are common amongst the most popular of these talk-show personalities draws into question the quality of the group as a whole...
