How do you offer your services to foreign investors?

Greetings everyone. I am a newbie investor here and have been getting my feet wet finding a few wholesale deals and doing heavy marketing for the other wholesalers in my area (central Florida, aka. Disney) I was wondering how any of you have offered your investments to foreigners looking for property in the states. We have received some leads from Criagslist and posting on different property web sites, but I was wondering if there was a popular web site or service that helps foreign investors look over what is available to them in a particular area.

How about adding your listings to international online website such as primelocation.com, or even Sothebys. Craisglist is not as well attended abroad even in English speaking countries as it is in the US. Loot is big in the UK, and housepricecrash.co.uk may have an investor section. For Europe you will need language skills.

Don't make it sound too hyped. Tone it down a notch.
