@Samuel Affhauser I've consulted on this topic for a number of years.

The partnership agreement with OPM (Other People's Money) should outline detailed explanations of your separate roles.

A good person to talk to on the topic since he has done a lot of them is @Joe Homs, he has a lot of knowledge and is still actively flipping as well.
