Best STR Markets Post COVID 2021

Hey BP!

I'm interested in STR's. Where are your STR's? What's your favorite? What do you consider a low/high vacancy rate? Anyone with any international properties reading this? How do those compare to STR's in the US? What was your favorite STR market pre covid? Where do you see the STR market headed now? What do you consider good cash flow? What do you consider a good ROI?

To anyone who would like to answer any of the above questions feel free, I would love the input and I'm sure others would too!

As for my big why, which some of you might be asking... I've always wanted the freedom to travel the world spontaneously, and I think taking some business trips to my STR's all over the world would make for a great tax write off.

Great question Sam, I can't believe there aren't any replies yet. I'll start. I think there will be a nursing shortage soon. If you watch the news, nurses are being made to make a choice about the Vx. Some will quit, putting a strain on the current staff. So... I think there will be a stronger need for travel nurses who want that lifestyle. I've heard travel nurses are happier, they are not invested in the firm's politics and gossip, so they do their job and move on. STR's near hospitals could be very valuable, soon. Just a gut feeling based on who I talk to in the Milwaukee area...
