I have been reading a lot about Real Estate and I would like to start small with a Downpayment of around $100K.1) I would love to hear what is your experience in Real Estate in these markets?

Starting a real estate investing journey requires education, understanding the market, setting clear goals, and leveraging experience.

Real Estate has always been a strong interest for each of us, but other than purchasing our primary residences, no experience as investors.

I got one done at 65% LTV cashout and it was on a free and clear owned asset worth 900k that had 12 month trailing history on STR sites for 500k in rent, yes 40k+ per month. 

If you have experience using any of the tech platforms like Blend, Floify then thats a plus, if not that's fine too.

Installation was a breeze, the panels are super robust and easy to clean, and having an alcove/niche in the shower makes it feel like a much higher end experience for the user than the product's price tag suggests.My only other piece of advice would be to go keyless with at least one set of door locks at the property.  

@Jesse Bennett, I have not, but Chris's experience aligns with my perception.  

This is turning out to be one of the worst customer support experience.
