Is there a way to escalate tickets with VRBO Customer Service?
Hi All,
We've been trying to work with VRBO customer service for almost two weeks. It's a new account & listing. They say the issue is escalated but we don't get a clear answer, no ETA. It's just not a good communication.
I wonder if there's a way to escalate issues or report issues differently. Does anyone know?
This is turning out to be one of the worst customer support experience.
