Ontario Real Estate Investing

Ciro Henrique
Posted

Hi,

I have been investing in Securities for a while, but I would like to start building a portfolio of Real Estate Positive Cash Flowing Properties in Ontario (Hamilton, Barrie, Oshawa, or Toronto). I have been reading a lot about Real Estate and I would like to start small with a Downpayment of around $100K.

1) I would love to hear what is your experience in Real Estate in these markets?

2) What would be reasonable profitable strategies for Ontario? Is it even possible to find Positive Cash Flowing Properties that give you a ROI of at least 7% to 10%?

3) If there is any Investor Friendly Agent in the area feel free to reach out. I would love to have a meeting to discuss possible strategies, questions that we have, and we are serious about investing in a property as long as the numbers make sense.

4) Also, if there is any Investment Community I would love to join, meet up with some investors so we can share some knowledge / valuable information. For any Investor Experts out there, I can also help with property analysis/renovations to bring some value to the table.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post and looking forward to talking with you.
