@Thomas BaylorSince your working with a realtor down there have them shoot a video, FaceTime or other electronic means so you can see what it looks like.  

I'm quite new and young to real estate investing and I'm learning through videos and books.

I’ve spent the evening listening/watching some of these videos and didn’t realize how common this reaction was.

I've been using BiggerPockets to get started, reading articles and watching video break downs of getting started.

I have considered making videos to showcase my listed homes.

This reminds me of that guy on Youtube who made a video about how if your property needed a new roof that was a great thing, because you could deduct all the money you were losing off of your taxes.The tax benefits of real estate are largely a myth that hasn't been true since the 80s.

Michael needs to update his video tutorials or write up a FAQ :) There are some features that are not as intuitive as I would think.

@Gil Happy  Take photos and do a video walk through with them, then have them sign with a non-refundable deposit. 

@Eric Li I can't speak for your area, but in Central Texas where I am I'm including a number of things in the listing that I haven't before like a floorplan (I used magicplan.app) and a video walkthrough.
