Real Estate Super Beginner

I'm quite new and young to real estate investing and I'm learning through videos and books. But I was wondering if you guys have any list of terms beginners should know about like different type of loans and stuff and papers or contracts when renting or buying a home if there are any. I'm asking about these because I'm not sure if I'm missing anything because I keep on hearing new terms and acronyms and I just don't know what I don't know. If all seems too much to answer, maybe link another forum page or blog that might answer my questions. Thank you for anyone who replies.
