My name is Marco Guzman 24 yearls old i been doing wholesale 5 months self taught countless hours on youtube and reading. there been times i had deals that been great but throught the contracts i tend to fail multiple times dealing with buyers. i do know how to find properties how to evaluate and make the best price me and homeowner.After that it tends to go sideways. it would be great to have a conversation on zoom or any platform to help me pass this barrier.

The nice thing on Zillow is they allow digital lease signing and they are a dominant listing platform.

Not sure about other platforms or how to best "evade" the system.

I think it’s a good idea, I had my house on the platform but took it down for now. 

There is literally no credentials required, which means someone with no experience or bad advice could shout it from either platform. 

Each sms platform has its plus and minuses. 

I called the TDT office and asked if TDT collection and remittance was now being done by Airbnb because it says this on their platform and they laughed at me.
