Hello. New to this platform and new to REI but we have a strong financial background.

My husband and I are interested in purchasing a fix and hold property on Lookout Mountain near Alabama/Georgia line. Rental histories in area support the need for more beds and we’ve found a property we’d like to make an offer on. We’re interested in a hard money loan to complete the purchase quickly as the inventory is low.... Any suggestions on best way to market ourselves/our idea to attract the best offers would be most appreciated!
