(On that note, if you are going through with 506c, check out Parallel Markets, their process is similar to VerifyInvestor, but there are many advantages I found in my conversations with them).Another option, particularly for those that are technophobes or generally have trouble with the process is to attempt to forge a partnership with an attorney to perform these verifications for you.

Having thoughts of leaving and have everything I need to do so, however don’t have that connection with mass amounts of buyers and if possible want to salvage this with my friend/ biz partner Bottom line I know it is a bad partnership but I will be missing out on large amounts of money short term and a friendship if I leave Thoughts guys?
