Is this the best way to file or should we move to a partnership and file differently?!

Maybe you can find someone who you can help and learn from, then down the road that relationship could turn into a partnership where you can start getting some equity shares. 

I invest and manage my own rentals with investor partnerships. 

Partnership 50/50 that was later after all said and done, negotiated to 35/65.

Seems odd you didn't agree to this before you entered into a partnership and before her parents bought the property. 

Would it make sense to treat the 20% down as a private loan, charge interest to the partnership, and then split everything else 50/50? 

I recently had a DF application fall through since I was applying for a loan in my name but had purchased with funds from my partnership's bank account.  

Hello everyone , Wanted to get some quick thoughts on LP investing - limited Partnerships.

(On that note, if you are going through with 506c, check out Parallel Markets, their process is similar to VerifyInvestor, but there are many advantages I found in my conversations with them).Another option, particularly for those that are technophobes or generally have trouble with the process is to attempt to forge a partnership with an attorney to perform these verifications for you.  

Having thoughts of leaving and have everything I need to do so, however don’t have that connection with mass amounts of buyers and if possible want to salvage this with my friend/ biz partner Bottom line I know it is a bad partnership but I will be missing out on large amounts of money short term and a friendship if I leave Thoughts guys?
