Long time listener, first login and first time posting. My name is Adam, thanks Bigger Pockets team! I keep hearing of the power of this community so here we go. 

Is there a place where I can post my deal without being spam to the group? 

My wife and I lived abroad in China and served in humanitarian and educational work from 2004-2017. Now I'm stuck and slow with weak or lacking W2's and we have barely any cash for down payments. Living in Oregon wine country requires a lot more cash than my farmboy roots in Michigan. Regardless I need to follow a BP path to get some deals. I've found a few deals, but never have the cash to make things happen. I think some local realtors think I'm delusional because I keep on trying. Haha, anyone able to relate?
