Hello everyone ,

Wanted to get some quick thoughts on LP investing - limited Partnerships.

Would you go start this way if you were new? And just get a return on your money passively?

Pros and cons ?

Thanks BP

Replied

I used to own 11 sfh turnkeys back in 2015. I switched over to being a LP in over couple dozen syndications.

Surround yourself with peer investors and you will do fine.
