Any tips on the process of partnering with a private money lender, terms, etc?

For finding actual sellers, I am looking into online tactics and have started working with a CRM and SEO.

Im a beginner on long island ny, i was looking to hear back from other new york real estate investors to find out if the long island market is a good market to wholesale in, ive been looking into some potential leads online but i would like to hear back from established investors whether or not its the right market for wholesaling.

There are plenty of examples on line with a simple search.

You can also make local connections and learn new tips, tricks and skills from the investment groups.

Waiting game for now

It depends on our own dispositions.While hunting for deals online,i stumbled upon a great opportunity.

I also have most questions they could ask as part of my online listing (application fees, pet fee, W/D hookups, etc.). 

Looking back I was prolly super naive about how the whole game works... however that was like 15 deals ago.  

I think it's a cool and proactive approach, as well as a number's game so it may sensible and effective for some snd not for others.
