Driving for dollar in Canada
Hi everyone,
I'm going to start driving for dollar in my target neighborhood (Montreal, Canada), more specifically for 3+ unit properties. I'd like to know if knocking on doors to ask tenants for their landlord contact information is a sensible and effective approach? If so, what is the best way to go about it?
Otherwise I can always consult the Land Register for my province but each search costs 1$, which can add up quickly.
