Does anyone have a lease for lot rental?

Hey guys. I just recently purchased my first park and the previous owner does not have leases for the lot rentals. Is this normal or should there be some documentation for renting the space? I feel like there should be... Im interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance!
