The inspectors are overwhelmed as it is, so they mainly focus on complaint$ and known problem-contractor$ on permit, not driving the neighborhood looking for new construction.

The service isn't evil or bad in any way, it's just niche.

This took a long time mainly because title company required that previous sub2 owners sign a release form. 

Given that the Multiple Listing Service, or MLS is the best resource to use.
