Potential property in Cecil County
Found a potential property in Cecil County. Great potential. It is a very old home from the late1800's but was renovated last in 2007. Now the bad part. Tons of mold on the second floor ceiling. I'll be investigating further tomorrow from the attic. What are your thoughts and general rules on large amounts of mold? Is it a deal breaker? Remediation?
Does anyone have a name for a mold company in Cecil?

Hey @Account Closed.
You could contact Duraclean Services in Forest Hill MD and they can give you an estimate on what it would cost to remediate the mold before you buy. Good Luck.
