Is it a future possibility to have a "report abuse" record where we can pull of a record of our reported forum abuses we find and know the outcome, i.e. it was edited or removed, or someone else beat us to it, or no action taken, etc.?

When the LLC promoters talk about asset protect, they usually set the scenario where your LLC is sued and your personally owned assets are shielded from exposure by the "asset protection" afforded by the LLC.What they don't tell you is that when you self manage your own properties, either as the manager of a single member LLC or as a sole proprietor, then nearly any lawsuit arising out of your rental activity will be over something that you did as the property manager/owner, or something you should have done but didn't.Since you personally manage the property, you are also personally liable for your actions.

Hello everyone..i really want to leap out on faith and actually take action and buy a rental but can i really buy a rental with 25-30k..or should i maybe invest more in materials ( DVDs) on exactly how to do deals or exactly where to start.I know this is not possible in New york but has anyone successfully bought rental in states other than where they live?

(Unless MA includes some listing through non-judicial process) Your first opportunity to see foreclosure actions will be publication, notice of foreclosure and those should also be filed with a county clerk's office or clerk of court or similar administrative side as the process is non-judicial, the court isn't involved so it's not a matter before any court.
