What is the best way to get NOD list from county office? Is this information easily available on county's online site?

This is a great example of when using the sub-market specific forums will be helpful.  While @Bill Gulley is correct, the actual information is here:

http://ma.mypublicnotices.com/PublicNotice.asp

You won't find the information, however, if the publication used does not participate in the website.  While you can print each notice, and therefore create a pdf, I don't think you can export to a list.  You have to dig.
