Government paid (funded) tenant rent

I recently went to an event here in Los Angeles and saw Nick Sidoti in action. He spoke about government funded tenant rents where the landlord could get rent payments up to $1000 per person, up to 2 people per room, that's funded by the government.

This could be Veterans, mentally disabled, blind community, deaf community, etc. Does anyone have information about who we could contact for that? Nick Sidoti called it special needs housing

We currently have 12 units that need to be rented out in Los Angeles and have another 8 units coming up in the next couple of months.

No need to buy somebody's course once you understand the basic concept.

There are certain programs from differnet levels of gov't that subsidize housing for various "special needs".

For example, I attended a presentation from a county mental health worker who was seeking landlords who were willing to house those people in the mental helth program who were ready to transition to living in "normal housing".

So the only challenge you have is to identify the gov't levels that have subsidies for housing, and which groups are given the subsidy. Some examples you might find are: drug and alcohol abusers, women (with children) who were abused by their male partners, mental health program participants, senior citizen housing, those with physical disabilities. You'd probably be faced with doing this research even if you purchased some course ...
