In the event of a live-in, fix and then flip, if we were to get an FHA backed 203k loan for the property, how long would we need to live in the house before we were legally allowed to sell it?

I'm debating on purchasing the recording of the recent live event and wondering if anyone has any constructive feedback from attending the event?

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.
