Hi Everyone,
I'm Maxwell. I stumbled across this site while searching REI and I'm so glad I found it. I'm completely new to the industry and have been trying to absorb as much as I can before trying my hand at it. My short term goal is to learn as much as I can and successfully purchase my first investment property. My long term goal is to generate enough cash flow to commit full-time. Right now, I spend a lot of hours in the office and with a growing family, I would love to move on to a new chapter in my life.
With that said, I can't wait to tap into the community!!
