Newbie Looking to Get Involved

Hi guys!

I heard about bigger pockets from a close friend. I have been scouring the website for information and have loved what I have seen and read so far. I am from the Boston area and looking to get involved in wholesaling. I understand the basics about assigning and the sales process, but would be interested in learning about some nuances in this realm I would love to take someone out to lunch (on me) and pick his or her brain. I would also be looking to find out about real estate meetings in the area. Really any information would be helpful as I am looking to get my feet wet. If anyone has leads/suggestions/advice/strategies, I am all ears. I hope this is not too vague but wanted to introduce myself to the community.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). South of Boston meetings in Rockland, Taunton, Plymouth and Cape Cod. There are others north and west of Boston.
