Newish to BP Investor from Columbus Ohio

Hey All-

My name is Grant and I am newish to Bigger Pockets.I have been surfing the site for a few months as well as listening to the podcasts and have really enjoyed the great wealth of information available!!A bit about me, I am a 25 year old a recent Ohio State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Systems Management.In my free time I enjoy playing guitar as well as a good craft beer!

I am an active investor in Columbus Ohio; I currently own 3 SFH's and one Duplex.My properties are in Clintonville, Olde Town East, and Westgate Park area.I am currently looking to do a flip deal but as of yet have been out bid on all of my offers.Other investors and newb's please feel free to contact me, I am an intermediately experienced investor knowledgeable of the Columbus real estate scene who is happy to help when I can.I can help with analyzing deals, estimating construction costs, referring reliable and fairly priced contractors, and sourcing reasonably priced construction materials.
